Steps

How to make it

Prep 20 min · Cook 12 min

  1. Rinse and drain 巴西莓 150 g and 綜合莓果 150 g; peel 香蕉 150 g and slice on the bias—half as rounds, half diced, kept separate.
  2. Spread 穀物 80 g on a baking sheet; bake at 160°C 8 minutes until golden and crisp; cool. Chop 堅果 30 g finely.
  3. Blend 巴西莓 with banana dice and one-third of the mixed berries until thick and stackable (add 1–2 tbsp cold water if too thick).
  4. Pour açaí puree into a deep glass bowl and smooth the base to about 2 cm thick.
  5. Top with remaining berries and banana rounds, arranging from the rim toward the center for visual layers.
  6. Scatter toasted grains and nuts in separate zones beside the fruit; add grains at the last moment to stay crisp.
  7. Drizzle 橄欖油 1.5 tbsp lightly and sprinkle 海鹽 1/3 tsp; serve while grains are still crunchy.

Tips & storage

Make it easier

  • Finish the main component and sauce separately before plating so the textures stay layered.
  • Keep cold garnish and hot proteins apart until the final minute for a more restaurant-like result.
  • Spread chilled rice or cooked noodles before cooking so they separate instead of clumping and take on sauce evenly.

Best enjoyed on the day it is made; refrigerate components separately when possible and reheat gently.

FAQ

What makes this 巴西莓果優格碗 feel closer to the restaurant version?

Build the signature sauce separately, then finish the plate at the last minute so the texture stays layered and generous.

Can I prepare this ahead of time?

Yes. Refrigerate the cooked starch and toppings separately, then reheat and combine just before serving for better texture.
