  1. Cut breast into about 3 cm cubes and pat dry. Beat egg; mix flour with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip cubes in egg, then flour; shake off excess and rest 5 minutes so the coating sets.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes. Arrange in one layer; mist olive oil on top.
  4. Air-fry at 190°C for 7 minutes, flip, then 5 more until golden and crisp.
  5. Sprinkle a little pepper; serve with optional dips above.
