How to make it

Prep 10 min · Cook 16 min

  1. Pound pork to about 1 cm thick; pat dry.
  2. Mince garlic; mix with soy sauce, rice wine, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Coat both sides and marinate 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes; add chop and mist a little oil.
  4. Air-fry at 190°C for 8 minutes, flip, then 6 more until golden and no pink juices at center.
  5. Shred cabbage, massage lightly with salt, rinse and drain as a side salad.
  6. Rest chop 2 minutes, slice, and plate with cabbage.

Make it easier

  • No meat mallet? Wrap the chop in plastic and tap with a skillet bottom.

Best fresh; refrigerate up to 1 day; reheat at 160°C for 3 minutes.
