- Pound pork to about 1 cm thick; pat dry.
- Mince garlic; mix with soy sauce, rice wine, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Coat both sides and marinate 10 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes; add chop and mist a little oil.
- Air-fry at 190°C for 8 minutes, flip, then 6 more until golden and no pink juices at center.
- Shred cabbage, massage lightly with salt, rinse and drain as a side salad.
- Rest chop 2 minutes, slice, and plate with cabbage.
