- Prep: Cod fillet 1piece, Broccoli 80g; pat protein dry and rub with Lemon juice 1.5tbsp, Olive oil 1tbsp, Garlic 1clove, Salt pinch, Black pepper pinch.

- Pat cod dry; season both sides with salt and pepper. Mince garlic.
- Brush olive oil on both sides; drizzle half the lemon juice and rub with garlic.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes; add fillet and mist a little oil.
- Air-fry at 180°C for 6 minutes, flip, then 4–5 more until lightly browned.
