- Mince garlic (2 cloves); set ground pork (200 g) aside.
- In a small pot without oil, cook pork over medium-high 3–4 minutes, pressing with a spatula to break up clumps until colored and fat renders.
- Add garlic and stir 30 seconds until fragrant; pour in soy sauce (2 tbsp), rice wine (1 tbsp), honey (1.5 tbsp), and water (100 ml). Stir to combine, then reduce to low heat.
- Braise covered or uncovered on low 12–15 minutes, gently stirring every 5 minutes to prevent sticking on the bottom.
- Uncover and reduce over medium heat until thick enough to coat a spoon; taste and adjust salt and sweetness. Cool completely and pack in bento boxes (meat and sauce separately if you like); serve with rice and blanched greens.
