- Soak potato sticks in cold water and drain; pat cod and freeze cheese sticks 10 minutes if possible.
- At about 170°C fry potatoes until golden; drain. Fry breaded cod at the same temperature until crisp.
- Coat cheese sticks lightly in flour and egg; fry at about 180°C until golden and cheese just melts inside.
- Arrange all three on a platter with ketchup or mustard; serve hot.
