- Slice pork thin; shred onion; cut pepper into strips; slice garlic.
- Heat oil over medium-high; stir-fry garlic and onion until translucent.
- Add pork; stir-fry 2 minutes until colored and lightly browned.
- Add pepper; toss 1 minute.
- Pour soy sauce and rice wine down the side of the pan; toss and serve.
- Use medium heat unless noted; stir or flip occasionally for even cooking.
- Check doneness (no pink juices in poultry, fish flakes easily), then adjust salt.
