  1. Slice pork thin; shred onion; cut pepper into strips; slice garlic.
  2. Heat oil over medium-high; stir-fry garlic and onion until translucent.
  3. Add pork; stir-fry 2 minutes until colored and lightly browned.
  4. Add pepper; toss 1 minute.
  5. Pour soy sauce and rice wine down the side of the pan; toss and serve.
  6. Use medium heat unless noted; stir or flip occasionally for even cooking.
