- Bring beef to room temp; pat dry; salt and pepper. Rinse shrimp, devein.
- Skillet over medium-high with 1 tbsp oil; sear steak 2 minutes before first flip; cook to preference (55–60°C center for pink); rest 3 minutes, then slice.
- Same pan, 1 tsp oil; garlic, then shrimp over high until pink and curled; lemon squeeze; set aside.
- Thick tomato slices in remaining oil until soft; softly scramble egg in another pan.
- Arrange steak, shrimp, tomato, and eggs on a plate; drizzle oil and pepper.
