  1. Prep: Chicken breast 130g, Tomato 1, Cooked rice 1bowl; dice Chicken breast about ½ inch, divide Cooked rice 1bowl into serving bowls.
  2. Marinate Chicken breast with Garlic 2cloves, Soy sauce 1.5tsp, Salt pinch for 10 minutes; dice Tomato finely.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry Tomato 2 minutes until slightly tender; Add Chicken breast, sear and stir-fry until opaque and cooked through.
