How to make it

  1. Prep: Chicken breast 130g, Scallions 2stalks, Cooked rice 1bowl; dice Chicken breast about ½ inch, divide Cooked rice 1bowl into serving bowls.
  2. Marinate Chicken breast with Soy sauce 1.5tsp, Garlic 1clove for 10 minutes; prep vegetables as needed.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add Chicken breast, sear and stir-fry until opaque and cooked through.
  4. Taste and adjust soy sauce if needed. Pack with rice for bento; cool slightly before closing the lid so rice stays fluffy.
