- Chunk tomato; cube tofu; beat egg with pinch of salt and 1 tsp water until lightly foamy; slice scallion.
- Tomatoes and 650 ml water; boil, then covered simmer 5 minutes for sweetness.
- Add tofu; drizzle egg along the side for ribbons; salt and scallion.
