- water lily stems rinsed and cut; other ingredients prepped in separate bowls.
- Bring Water 600ml to a boil, then add longer-cooking items first.
- Wash water dropwort and cut into sections; cube tofu; slice ginger.
- Pot with water and ginger; boil; tofu 2 minutes.
- Add water dropwort 1–2 minutes until crisp-tender.
