  1. Cut chicken into strips; salt and pepper; zucchini half-moons; slice garlic.
  2. Medium-high oil; chicken about 4 minutes until color changes; remove.
  3. Same pan; garlic; zucchini 2 minutes over high.
  4. Return chicken; toss 1 minute over high.
  5. Serve alone or with salad.
  6. Use medium heat unless noted; stir or flip occasionally for even cooking.
  7. Check doneness (no pink juices in poultry, fish flakes easily), then adjust salt.
