- Cut chicken into strips; salt and pepper; zucchini half-moons; slice garlic.
- Medium-high oil; chicken about 4 minutes until color changes; remove.
- Same pan; garlic; zucchini 2 minutes over high.
- Return chicken; toss 1 minute over high.
- Serve alone or with salad.
- Use medium heat unless noted; stir or flip occasionally for even cooking.
- Check doneness (no pink juices in poultry, fish flakes easily), then adjust salt.
