- Prep: Firm tofu 1block, Scallion 1stalk; pat Firm tofu dry and rub with Cornstarch 2tbsp, Soy sauce 1tbsp, Olive oil 1tbsp, Salt pinch.

- Halve tofu and weight-press 10 minutes; cut ~2 cm cubes and pat dry.
- Toss cubes with a pinch of salt and cornstarch; brush a thin layer of olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes; arrange in one layer.
- Air-fry at 190°C for 8 minutes, flip, then 6 more until golden.
