- Prep: Mixed mushrooms 200g; pat protein dry and rub with Garlic 4cloves, Olive oil 1.5tbsp, Soy sauce 1tsp, Salt pinch, Black pepper pinch.

- Wipe mushrooms clean; halve or slice large ones; pat surfaces dry.
- Mince garlic; mix with olive oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper into a seasoning oil.
- Toss mushrooms with the oil; rest 3 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes; spread in one layer.
