- Prep: Shrimp 200g; pat Shrimp dry and rub with Garlic 4cloves, Olive oil 1tbsp, Soy sauce 1tsp, Lemon juice 1tsp, Salt pinch, Black pepper pinch.

- Rinse shrimp, devein, and pat dry; mince garlic.
- Toss shrimp with garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; marinate 8 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes. Spread shrimp in a single layer—don’t stack.
- Air-fry at 190°C for 4 minutes, flip, then 3 more minutes until pink and curled.
