  1. Prep: Shrimp 200g; pat Shrimp dry and rub with Garlic 4cloves, Olive oil 1tbsp, Soy sauce 1tsp, Lemon juice 1tsp, Salt pinch, Black pepper pinch.

  3. Rinse shrimp, devein, and pat dry; mince garlic.

  6. Air-fry at 190°C for 4 minutes, flip, then 3 more minutes until pink and curled.
