- Prep: Chicken wings 4pieces; pat Chicken wings dry and rub with Soy sauce 2tbsp, Rice wine 1tbsp, Garlic 3cloves, Ginger 3slices, Salt pinch, Black pepper pinch.

- Rinse wings and pat dry; score each twice for flavor. Mince garlic; slice ginger.
- Mix soy sauce, rice wine, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper; toss wings and marinate 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes. Drain wings and arrange in one layer.
- Air-fry at 190°C for 10 minutes, flip, then 8 more.
