- Cut the beef into strips and the broccoli into small florets; mince the garlic.
- Blanch the broccoli and drain. Heat oil in a skillet, stir-fry the beef over high heat until mostly colored (about 70–80% done), then remove promptly so it does not toughen.
- Sauté the garlic, return broccoli and beef, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss quickly until even.
- Plate with rice or noodles while hot; let rest 1 minute before serving.
- Prep ingredients as listed; keep proteins, vegetables, and sauces in separate bowls.
