How to make it

  1. Blanch broccoli 1 minute; drain. Cube salmon and pat dry. Pasta al dente; reserve ½ cup water.
  2. Blend scallion greens, garlic, 1.5 Tbsp oil, and cheese into pesto.
  3. Skillet with remaining oil; sear salmon until golden; flip gently; set aside.
  4. Broccoli 1 minute in the pan; add pasta, pesto, 2–3 Tbsp pasta water; return salmon; fold lightly; finish with lemon juice.
