- Slice cabbage; shred onion; mince garlic. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp water until foamy.
- Heat the pan; stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant, add cabbage and cook until tender.
- Pour eggs around the edge of the pan and fold until set; season with salt and soy sauce.
