- Cut cabbage into chunks; slice garlic; cut tofu into large cubes.
- Warm a little oil over medium; sauté garlic until fragrant, add cabbage and stir 2 minutes.
- Add tofu and about 250 ml water; simmer on low 8 minutes; finish with soy sauce and salt.
- Plate with rice or noodles while hot; let rest 1 minute before serving.
- Prep ingredients as listed; keep proteins, vegetables, and sauces in separate bowls.
