  1. Cut cabbage into chunks; slice garlic; cut tofu into large cubes.
  2. Warm a little oil over medium; sauté garlic until fragrant, add cabbage and stir 2 minutes.
  3. Add tofu and about 250 ml water; simmer on low 8 minutes; finish with soy sauce and salt.
  4. Plate with rice or noodles while hot; let rest 1 minute before serving.
