  1. Slice beef thin against the grain; cut onion into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil over medium-high; cook onion until translucent and sweet at the edges.
  3. Push onion aside; lay beef flat; sear 30 seconds, then toss quickly.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water; high heat 30 seconds until lightly thickened; serve.
