How to make it

  1. Cube salmon; pat dry. Cook pasta al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Heat oil; sear salmon golden both sides; set aside.
  3. Lower heat; gently cook garlic slices; add pasta and pasta water; fold salmon back in; lemon and pepper to finish.
