- Prep: Cooked rice 1bowl, Ground pork 120g; dice Ground pork about ½ inch, divide Cooked rice 1bowl into serving bowls.
- Marinate Ground pork with Ginger 15g, Soy sauce 2tbsp, Rice wine 1tbsp for 10 minutes; prep vegetables as needed.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add Ground pork, sear and stir-fry until opaque and cooked through.
- Taste and adjust soy sauce if needed. Pack with rice for bento; cool slightly before closing the lid so rice stays fluffy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning; serve immediately while hot.
