  1. Prep: Cooked rice 1bowl, Beef 150g, Onion 1/4; dice Beef about ½ inch, divide Cooked rice 1bowl into serving bowls.
  2. Marinate Beef with Oyster sauce 2tbsp, Soy sauce 1tsp, Rice wine 1tbsp for 10 minutes; dice Onion finely.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry Onion 2 minutes until slightly tender; Add Beef, sear and stir-fry until opaque and cooked through.
  4. Taste and adjust soy sauce if needed. Pack with rice for bento; cool slightly before closing the lid so rice stays fluffy.
