- Cook pasta al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water; cut bacon small and garlic thin.
- Cold skillet, bacon over medium-low until crisp; remove bacon, leave fat in pan.
- Garlic and chili over low until fragrant; add 3 tbsp pasta water and boil.
- Toss pasta and bacon over high about 1 minute to coat; season with salt and pepper.
