How to make it

  1. Prep: Cooked rice 1bowl, Beef 100g, Tomato 1; dice Beef about ½ inch, divide Cooked rice 1bowl into serving bowls.
  2. Marinate Beef with Tomato paste or ketchup 1tbsp, Soy sauce 1tsp, Sugar 1/2tsp for 10 minutes; dice Tomato finely.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry Tomato 2 minutes until slightly tender; Add Beef, sear and stir-fry until opaque and cooked through.
  4. Taste and adjust soy sauce if needed. Pack with rice for bento; cool slightly before closing the lid so rice stays fluffy.
