- water lily stems rinsed and cut; other ingredients prepped in separate bowls.
- Marinate Chicken breast with Soy sauce 1tbsp, Rice wine 1tbsp, Olive oil 1tbsp for 10 minutes; prep vegetables as needed.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add Chicken breast, sear and stir-fry until opaque and cooked through.
- Taste and adjust soy sauce if needed. Pack with rice for bento; cool slightly before closing the lid so rice stays fluffy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning; serve immediately while hot.
