- water lily stems rinsed and cut; other ingredients prepped in separate bowls.
- Bring Water 600ml to a boil, then add longer-cooking items first.
- Slice pork thin; marinate with rice wine and pinch of salt; wash and cut water dropwort.
- Pot with water and ginger; boil; add pork, stir until color changes.
- Water dropwort 1–2 minutes until crisp-tender.
