  2. Bring Water 600ml to a boil, then add longer-cooking items first.
  3. Slice pork thin; marinate with rice wine and pinch of salt; wash and cut water dropwort.
  4. Pot with water and ginger; boil; add pork, stir until color changes.
  5. Water dropwort 1–2 minutes until crisp-tender.
