How to make it

  1. Boil salted water; cook pasta until al dente, drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Prep: Spaghetti 80g, Chicken breast 100g.
  3. Dice chicken; season with salt and pepper. Cook pasta until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  4. Melt butter; pan-fry chicken until golden. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
  5. Pour in milk and grated cheese; simmer gently and stir until slightly thickened.
  6. Add pasta with 2–3 tbsp pasta water; toss until sauce coats the noodles.
