- Boil salted water; cook pasta until al dente, drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Prep: Spaghetti 80g, Chicken breast 100g.
- Dice chicken; season with salt and pepper. Cook pasta until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Melt butter; pan-fry chicken until golden. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
- Pour in milk and grated cheese; simmer gently and stir until slightly thickened.
- Add pasta with 2–3 tbsp pasta water; toss until sauce coats the noodles.
